As global travel becomes more complex and expectations around duty of care continue to rise, organizations and travel advisors are being asked to think differently about how they prepare and support people on the move. TravRisk helps leaders build confidence, capability, and clarity—so travel can continue responsibly and sustainably in a changing world.

Founded by Stephen Pike, TravRisk draws on decades of experience in industrial safety, risk management, training, and extensive global travel. Throughout his career working in high-consequence environments, Stephen saw how structured risk frameworks transformed workplace safety and leadership culture. TravRisk applies those same principles—preparedness, governance, and professional standards—to travel, supporting the industry’s continued evolution through education, ISO-aligned frameworks, and certification.

CTSA equips advisors with practical frameworks, preparedness principles, and modern risk awareness to better support travelers before, during, and after their journeys.

Certified Travel Risk Manager (CTRM) is a professional certification for organizations and professionals responsible for traveling workforces. CTRM focuses on leadership, preparedness, and duty of care, aligning travel risk management practices with modern governance expectations and ISO 31030.
